The First 24 Hours

Bedding: Wash all sheets, pillowcases, and recently worn clothing in hot water (130°F) and dry on high heat for 30 minutes.

Hair Tools: Soak brushes and combs in hot water (130°F) for 10 minutes or place them in a sealed bag in the freezer overnight.

Days 2 Through 6

The "Mint" Barrier: Apply HWL Rosemary Repellent every morning before school or daycare to prevent re-infestation.

Up-Dos Only: Keep long hair in a tight braid or bun. Lice cannot jump; they only crawl via hair-to-hair contact.
💡 Clinical Note: Adult lice can only survive 24–48 hours away from a human scalp. Focusing on high-heat drying for fabrics is more effective than deep-cleaning carpets.
